Pik Dzee joined C.S. Hee & Co. as a Partner in 2010. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1996.
Prior to joining the Firm, Pik Dzee founded and managed her own legal practice under Dzee & Partners, where she advised clients across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Before establishing her own firm, she practised with a leading law firm in Malaysia as part of its Corporate & Commercial department.
Throughout her legal career, Pik Dzee has built extensive experience in a diverse range of areas, including conveyancing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate secretarial matters. She has also advised on listings on the then Main Board (now Main Market) of Bursa Malaysia.
With a deep understanding of transactional and regulatory frameworks, Pik Dzee is known for providing practical and effective legal solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
