Hee Cher Sun
Qualification: University of London, U.K. (LL.B Hons)
Admission: Malaysian Bar (1996)
Prior to founding C.S. Hee & Co., Cher Sun was a Senior Associate in Zaid Ibrahim & Co. with the Corporate & Commercial and Foreign Investment practice group.
Cher Sun advises local and foreign companies and investors on a wide range of corporate matters, in particular, foreign investments and acquisitions of Malaysian businesses.
In recent years, Cher Sun advises clients on matters relating to technology, outsourcing, telecommunications, electronic commerce, electronic money including, access agreements and network strategic alliance agreements.
Among the notable transactions that she had undertaken in her two decade of legal practice include, the privatisation of the non-core facilities in klia2, the merger of two property developers listed on the then Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and acquisition of Malaysian businesses by Fortune 500 companies.
She has also advised commercial banks and investment banks on financing matters, including, financing for property development, financing for corporate restructuring.

Chan Pik Dzee

Pik Dzee joined C.S. Hee & Co. as a partner in 2010. Prior to joining us, Pik Dzee founded and managed her practice under Dzee & Partners. Before forming her own firm, Pik Dzee practised with Messrs Zul Rafique & Co. under the Corporate & Commercial department and before that, worked in a financial advisory services company, FOS Advisory Services Sdn Bhd under its legal department.
Since her admission into practice, Pik Dzee has accumulated experience in areas of conveyancing, restructuring, acquisitions and joint ventures, listing on the then Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, corporate secretarial matters and a range of corporate commercial matters.
